Config highlights

• Config.JoinMode: 'enter' (key) or 'command'
• Config.Permissions.Create: ACE, groups, identifiers
• Config.Inventory: 'auto' | 'ox_inventory' | 'esx' | 'qb' | 'none'
• Config.GiveVehicle(src, model): hook for car rewards
• Config.TimezoneOffsetHours: leave nil when the OS is Europe/Berlin; only set if the OS clock is UTC

Notes

• Only one giveaway can be active/scheduled at a time.
• Entry fee is removed from cash first, then bank. Fee is deleted (not paid to anyone).
• Start time format: HH:MM (today, server OS time). Empty = start now. Past times are rejected with notify.
• Overlay appears only after the start time (not while scheduled).
• After joining, the overlay hides for that player until the giveaway ends.
• Winner overlay shows for 10 seconds (Config.WinnerDisplaySeconds) to everyone.
